When a Customer is Mean
Monday, August 24th, 2009When a customer is mean to you you should never be mean to them even though you want to tell them to kiss a duck. Instead you should just stare at them for a few seconds and then start cry. Pull out pictures of your kids and dog and tell them that you really want to keep this job. Let them know that you will do anything to keep them a happy customer. Then smile, help them with their problem and move on.
